Development: morphology of the landscape as a strategy for urban development. Housing: adaptable-modular. Structure: nucleus of services. Modular: diversity of spaces. Sustainable: passive energy. Development in time: integration into the ecology park. Proposal: linear block, system of functional strips that allows for flexibility and guarantees adjustment to different uses and technological evolution. A block that promotes housing made for temporary or permanent use. Inhabited nucleus: a modulation of the human and domestic scale, two compact sides that contain the services with two facings: one translucent that houses the stairs and climate-energy control by means of solar panels, and the other transparent, creating a dialogue between the building and the natural landscape. Mixed-use blocks: housing and ecology workshops / business / trade / car parks / social facilities.
