This project was awarded first prize in the international competition with a proposal for the urban and architectural development of the 2.5-hectare area around the old De Cecco pasta factory in the town of Pescara. The project proposes a new train station, street planning and squares, and 25,000 m² dedicated to 120 dwellings, offices, shops and a fitness centre, and a 25,000 m² underground area for parking and a shopping centre.
