Remodelling of the embarkation site in the river port of Antwerp.
The Steenplein, despite standing at the prime spot where the city opens up to the river, is invaded by parked cars and randomly positioned street furniture, and its prefabricated pavement is in poor condition.
The project seeks to recover the image of the space, enhancing it and turning it into a convivial space where citizens can enjoy the spectacle that the proximity of a river represents.
