The sports and recreational facilities are aimed at a population that values nature, balance, sport, wellbeing and other intangible assets that shape a lifestyle in keeping with the concept of sustainability.

Respect for nature and the person are the project’s foremost values.

The buildings are structured in vaguely architectural organic shapes and volumes, beneath plant cover of curving lines that extend the landscape of gently undulating fields and blend in with the surroundings where the facilities meet residential areas, so that from the nearby dwellings the architecture is concealed beneath the folds of the green coverings.

The slides in the water fun park rest on a hill created over the service buildings and blend into the natural setting, thereby reducing their impact on the landscape.

The project complies with the highest requirements of environmental and sustainable quality, proposing the use of groundwater, integrated energy management that reuses energy, natural systems of ventilation and sunlighting, and the possible use of geothermal energy, still at the study phase.

All the materials used are recyclable and are limited to a small range of natural resources: stone, timber, glass and some metals, and particularly vegetation, as part of the architecture.
