MECHANISM CHECKING LICENSE TO PRACTISE
Description There is a double control system: the license and the certificate. The license authorises to act as a legal person and is issued by the National or Provincial Bureau of Industrial and Commercial Administration. No license can be issued without previously obtaining the certificate that authorises for architectural/building design. This certificate is given according to the rank of the professional or firm, and is issued by the Ministry of Construction or by the Provincial Construction Commission. The ranks of the firms are determined by the number of registered architects and/or structural engineers employed. (A. unlimited in the projects the firm can undertake, B. limited to medium and small projects, C. limited to small projects)
