If foreign architects are authorised to work independently, what type of collaboration with national architects is recommended?  
In the event that foreign architects are not authorised to work independently, what is the stipulated formula of collaboration with national architects? Joint venture with a local architect, having to meet some requirements. A foreign architect who wants to exercise in Vietnam should be part of a domestic company in private sector. Liabilities of the foreign architect will be taken by the local firm.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Regulations for independent practice of foreign architects are meant to be contemplated in near future.
