Description The Engineers Bureau Board at the Engineers Association issues the licence annually. The Board issues a certificate to go with the project when applying for the building permit. It stamps the project as a proof that a registered architect has produced it.

Origin 1 (Arab country citizens) Recognised architectural qualification, 5 years internship/professional experience, legal practice in the country of origin, clean disciplinary record, residence permit, being committed to the Bylaw of the EA, reciprocity with the country of origin.
Origin 2 (Non-Arab country citizens) Recognised architectural qualification, 5 years internship/professional experience, legal practice in the country of origin, clean disciplinary record, residence permit, being committed to the Bylaw of the EA, having a special permission from the respective Ministry, having a contract with governamental or non-governamental organisation or a local company or office (or foreign but authorised to work in Palestina).

Submit all documents in Arab or English for ratification at the respective Ministries.

In the event that foreign architects are not authorised to work independently, what is the stipulated formula of collaboration with national architects? Foreign architects can collaborate with a local architect, providing that a 51% of the fee goes to the Palestinian partner.
