| Description | All projects are subject to a specific control procedure (called visat) by the Col·legi d'Arquitectes before being presented to the authorities for approval. The Association's "visat" guarantees that the architect is legally qualified to exercise the profession and that the minimum requeriments of civil and professional liability established by the Association are met. | ||||
