ARCHITECT'S COMPETENCES
Description Design and drafting of technical projects of all kinds, sizing, quality and utility, and direction of works, in the fields of construction in general, collective facilities and urban planning, in accordance with the faculties recognised by the prevailing legislation of the country which granted or validated the professional title.
 
MECHANISM CHECKING LICENSE TO PRACTISE
Description All projects are subject to a specific control procedure (called visat) by the Col·legi d'Arquitectes before being presented to the authorities for approval. The Association's "visat" guarantees that the architect is legally qualified to exercise the profession and that the minimum requeriments of civil and professional liability established by the Association are met.
