ARCHITECT'S COMPETENCES

Urban, regional and national planning and development, elaboration of the plans and organisation of their execution. Landscape architecture, design of interiors, furnishing, fittings and objects. Consulting and technical expertise.
 
MECHANISM CHECKING LICENSE TO PRACTISE
Description By Law, only Authorised Architects are allowed to exercise the profession. When the documentation is submitted to the local authorities for obtaining the building permit, these check if the architect that signed the project is registered and authorised.
 
ARCHITECT'S LIABILITY
Description 10 years as of hand-over. 2 years for hidden defects.

Description Art. 35 of the Architects' and Civil Engineers' Chamber Act determines the obligation of Authorised Architects to contract an insurance for possible damages that their work may cause to others.
