ARCHITECT'S COMPETENCES |
| Description
|
As established by Resolution 133/87 of the Argentine Ministry of Culture and Education: the design, planning, direction and construction of spaces intended for human habitation. In addition to the construction of buildings, the architect¿s competences include the calculation of structures, installations, technical control of components and materials, landscaping, urban design, regional and territorial planning, consultancy, participation in the drafting of legal standards relating to the planning of spaces which constitute the human habitat, appraisal, arbitration and specialist reports. |
MECHANISM CHECKING LICENSE TO PRACTISE

|
When documentation is presented to the municipal authorities, the registration body issues a certificate to show that the person concerned is legally qualified to exercise the profession. |
ARCHITECT'S LIABILITY |
| Description
|
The architect's liability as regards the project and the building work is civil, professional and penal. Warranty period: 10 years as of the finalisation of the works. |
