If foreign architects are authorised to work independently, what type of collaboration with national architects is recommended?  
In the event that foreign architects are not authorised to work independently, what is the stipulated formula of collaboration with national architects? Joint venture with a registered Hungarian architect.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Theoretically it would be possible for a foreign architect to work in Hungary, if he/she is from a country that had signed with Hungary a mutual convention of reciprocity. So far, no country has signed such a convention.
