If foreign architects are authorised to work independently, what type of collaboration with national architects is recommended? Any type of collaboration is possible.
In the event that foreign architects are not authorised to work independently, what is the stipulated formula of collaboration with national architects? Anyone may establish a Kenchikushi office as long as it is managed by a licensed Kenchikushi (architect).

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Those who have obtained a license equivalent to the Kenchikushi license overseas shall be able to obtain a 1st class Kenchikushi license without taking part in the JAEIC Examinations if the Minister of Construction concludes that they have qualifications equal or superior to that of the 1st class Kenchikushi.
