MECHANISM CHECKING LICENSE TO PRACTISE
Description The Warranting Board (a government-funded body) monitors the architects' participation in the construction process. The planning authority can check at the Warranting Board whether an architect is licansed.
 
ARCHITECT'S LIABILITY
Description 15 years liability in case fo collapse or manifest danger of collapse of the building.
