Design of buildings and structures, feasibility studies, drafting of technical documentation related to the designs, control of construction costs, supervision and coordination of the construction; urban planning and development, regional and national planning, landscape design, interior design, appraisal services, consulting and technical expertise, restauration and rehabilitation of buildings. |

Description
|
The project documents delivered to the local authority for the building permit have to be sealed by the Colegio de Arquitectos. By issuing the building permit, the public bodies or municipal authorities check if the architect is licensed to practice and complies with the regular payment of his professional fees. |
