European Biennial

Extended Deadline

Rules of Participation in the Contest for the International Award of University Projects of Schools of Architecture and Landscape and the International Exhibition

Any participant school / department / programme / course may compete for the International Award of University Projects of Schools of Architecture and Landscape once, and does so through the best university projects (maximum 5) of the last two years (2014-2015 and 2015-2016 academic years), which develop the theme of landscape in the broadest sense, from ecology to urban public space, and which are representative of the research and design activities of the school / department / programme / course.

The selection of projects will lead to an exhibition, to be held in the School of Architecture of Barcelona, from 28 September to 19 October 2016 and then, as in previous editions, will visit different European universities.

The winning school will choose a student to travel to Barcelona, with expenses paid, to attend the Intensive International Workshop from the Master of Landscape Architecture of the UPC.

This year, for the first time, each school / department / programme / course will be responsible for selecting and submitting all the projects. Notice that students are not allowed submitting applications by themselves.
