IN THE SCHOOLS OF ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE
Since its first edition, the Barcelona European Landscape Biennial has
expressed its desire to intently study and discuss landscape interventions, from the
perspective of all disciplines that are linked to its study and evolution.
The Biennial has been consolidated on a European scale in its five previous
editions: "Remaking Landscapes" (1999), "Gardens in Arms" (2001), "Only with

(2008) and "Liquid Landscape" (2010); in this seventh edition the Biennale takes us
to new realities of the world landscape.
On the 27 th, 28 th and 29 th September 2012, Barcelona will guest in some of its
most exceptional sites a landscape symposium. During these three days, the
calendar includes the presentation of the finalist projects competing for the 7th

landscape design in Europe.
